South Second St, between Washington and Chestnut

Harrisburg, PennsylvaniaJan 24, 20030 Comments

The speed limit in this area is 25 mph. There is one cop in an unmarked car parked on either side of the street who times you between two white lines across the street near the overhead railroad bridge. If you are doing more than 35 he radios to one of many marked police cars at Chestnut who then pulls you over. One day last summer we watched from our office window as the police handed out tickets to over 25 drivers in less than 45 minutes.
