I have seen them hiding in the bushes on foot with their cars or motorcyles hidden pointing the radar gun at you. Sneaky huh.In an upscale neighborhood too.

Interstate 26 near Exit Number 199

On eastbound I-26 just west of Exit 199 the speed limit drops from 70 to 60 or 65. Right after the speed limit reduction one cop will stand in the trees shooting people and there were 3 cars reday to pull over speeders. Most cars did not have time to slow down yet to the new speed.

Summerville Cops will sit out on Central Ave nears some bushes with a radar gun. Most of the time you can’t see them until you get right up on them. They have a car waiting on a side street to pull you over. Be careful speed limit is 30!

Berlin Myers Parkway

Summerville, South CarolinaJun 30, 20030 Comments

Police hide on the Berlin Myers Parkway, near the Trolley Road end. They sit at a SCE&G power station. They are mostly there late at night. I never get pulled at 8-10 over the 45 limit, but I have seen them pull alot of cars in the area. Be aware, and slow down!
