Truthfully, all of Gallatin Rd. from Hendersonville at Indian Lake Rd. all the way to Gallatin at Maple Dr. is a speed trap. Common places to see police are on the left side of Gallatin Rd. right past the KMart shopping center in H’ville, near the mini-market across from Bluegrass Country Club, near the on ramp to Vietnam Vets Blvd., near the Hunt Club, near Lowes as you’re driving into Gallatin. Then there is a red light camera at Cages Bend Rd. and two red light cameras in Gallatin – one a Belvedere near Walmart and one at Maple Dr. Gallatin and H’ville police don’t have that much too do so they make money for the city fining citizens for minor traffic violations.
