Basically the entire city. Most areas have too low of posted speed limits. This is no exaggeration. The city police are very aggressive in hiding in various locations and the county sheriffs, constables and state troopers are there too!

You better drive under the posted limit of 30 mph in these school zones. No way you’ll win if you’re picked out of traffic supposedly driving 1 mile over.
