we recived a gift from my father in-law (a car) and drove it to california from fortworth texas and he was nice and called me mam untill he looked at my california drivers licence then he called me ms… he gave me a ticket and rudely walked away and i had to say excuse me officer i have a question and all he said is all the info is on the back ….i didn’t even get to ask the question.. not to mention that no information regarding out of state drivers were on the back or the pink paper he attached to the ticket? The rude officer said i was going 55 in a 40mph zone , i asked him if i could look at the radar gun and he said no that there is no need for it . i turned around and went back through the town and the only sign i seen was a 50mph sign ….also i had my cruise control set at 55mph .hhhhmmmm …and they call them selfs police . … police are to protect and serve not to HARASS!

Pulled over by the same deputy Barney for doing 73 in a 65 right at dusk still daylight. when i stated that the speed limit was 70 during daylight he stated that was to be taken up with the judge. I live 500 miles away and its cheaper to just pay the ticket then to go all the way back up there to deal with crooked people.

I was going 57 in a 55 and was tcketed for doing 62 in a 50
I tried to argue and show him the 55 mph sign and he said just sign you aint guilty!!
officer Barney ticketed me he smelled of alcohol and ciggerets
now I have to pay a 175.10 ticket couse its cheaper then going back down there for court i would spend close to 300.00 in gas to go there and back

Four days ago I received a traffic citation. I was only going 8mph over the speed limit when he stopped me and said I was going 15mph over the speed limit. Personally I think he was adding numbers. I fine turned out to be 300.00 in total. Also the officer was very snobby and rude. Do not argue at all or instant threat of incarceration would happen.

Black Mustang GTs lie in wait for unsuspecting motorists to enter their cranked down speed zones. I was making a turn on to US 287 which is a 40Mph zone, but was ticketed for 47Mph in a 35Mph zone. The ticket – $155.00 They are fleecing the public motorists, I will NEVER drive through or spend money in their sad little excuse for a town, ever again!
