From Loop 340 to I-35 along Bellmead Drive, the speed limit is 30 mph. Everwhere else is 40 to 45 mph, so 30 seems pretty slow. Bellmead cops are hiding out everywhere along this road so make sure you go 30 mph.

Heading west (towards town) the speed limit drops to 25MPH for a short distance then resumes 30 MPH near Fourth St.. At the end of the bridge is a grassy area where the PD can sit off to the side. Continuing west on Herring is a heavy monitored area(30 MPH) with moving radar.
