This guy is sneaky, moves to various areas on route 4 in the town of Bridgewater. He is there more often than not.
Bridgewater police sit on Weeping Willow Dr waiting for vehicles coming down the hill. Speed limit is 30mph. If you coast down the hill you’re dead meat. You must brake to stay at 30mph.

Traping travelers eastbound on UA 4, 1~2 miles past junction of Vt 100. Speed drops from 50 to 40. Gotcha! For that matter US 4 in Vermont is a goat path that changes speed every 100 feet. If you are a cop, speed trap heaven.
