Speed limit was increased from 50 to 60 mph, but traffic still exceeds this by 15-20 mph. High enforcement area, due to numerous exit and entrance ramps.

Cops stand on bridge shoot at vehicles enterning town from the west speed drops to 50mph. Average vehicle speed is 65 mph. Cop using Laser hand held, no support so readings will be in error at best. A speed trap of the worst kind. Strictly for revenue.
