Don’t accelerate past 30 mph. until you reach the 55 mph. sign going south on Rt. 26 out of town. In fact, don’t drive through Rosendale at all if you don’t have to.

When heading east on Hwy 23, as you near Rosendale the grade of the road is sloped, so you do not see them until you are almost right on top of them. Heading west, they park in the bank or church driveways.
