Motor officer sits at the car dealership in the mornings and gets speaders. He hides behind the sign in the driveway and is hard to see before it is too late.
Calle Mayor at Via Los Altos
Via los Altos is the first stop sign, going up the hill from PCH. A motor officer sits on his bike up a little ways on via los altos, catching people for rolling stops and no stops at the stop sign. Lots of cars actually run this stop.
Maple Ave Between Del Amo & Torranec Blvd.
2-3 Motorcycle cops regularly park along side the road behind business signs or bushes & radar people speeding on this "short cut" to work.
237th Street Westbound between Crenshaw and Telo
At the end of the straight away there’s a tight left turn .There is a Korean Catholic Center on the right side on the street just before the sharp left turn mention above. The motorcycle cops sit in the driveway of the church with their rader pointed toward Crenshaw. It’s a 25 mph area but everyone does at least 35 or higher.
NOTE: The bike officers patrol this section about every other month for about a day or 2 in the mornings..Be Careful…they got me
158th Street and Western Ave.
Cameras in 4 locations at the signal where 158th St. meets Western Ave. Most motorists do no know this until they are photographed crossing into the intersection on the red light.
