Jones Street   Bridge City, Texas

Robert St turns into Jones St right pass Sims Elementary. The speed limit goes from I think 30 to 20 and the cops sit on the right hand side in a vacant driveway.

Bridge City   Bridge City, Texas

If you are going 55mph in a 45mph speed zone and get a ticket, it's not a speed trap, it's called inforcing the law! And yes, just because everyone else is speeding, it doesn't make it right. Being singled-out because of an out- of-state plate, (which is very comman in Bridge City) is also very wrong. Love the town, especially the people, it's sad that this happens.

FM 1442 (Roundbunch) Between Ferry Dr. and 105   Bridge City, Texas

You WILL see a patrol cop here just about every day, and at all times of day. (Most likely they will already have someone stopped.) It makes it especially bad that the speed limit changes about 4 times on this small stretch of road, and it's very confusing where one limit stops and the other begins. For example, in front of Liberty Baptist Church, the speed limit goes up from (I believe) 55 mph to 65mph. Then just a few yards up, it goes back down to 60 mph.

State Highway 87 near Concrete Mixing Place   Bridge City, Texas

As soon as you cross over the Cow Bayou Bridge going to Orange There is a concrete mixing place right there on the right. And they sit in the first drive way and is almost impossible to see them intill you get right there (maby about 40feet if that) well i got a ticket there doing 65 in a 45. and if anyone wants to disagree that the speed limit is 55 than look in the middle of the bridge there is a speed limit sign that is 45 but shortly turns to 55 then 65.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
