Rt. 224 westbound from Pennsylvania State line into Poland, Ohio   Poland, Ohio

The trap location set-up entering into Ohio from Pennsylvania have varied over past 20+ years, but have remain consistent to date. The local Poland cops love nailing out-of-state license plates going westbound heading into Poland, Ohio (i.e. Pennsylvania shoppers headed to malls, etc), even if it's cloudy & raining! I appealed our ticket; the cop was a no-show @ the hearing, but we ended up having to pay regardless. What has been poorly disguised as traffic safety for decades has been a sneaky revenue scam, concocted by political hacks of Poland & thousands of podunk boroughs/tinsel towns across America!! Whenever possible, never give up on your appeals & rights to stand up to these weight-shifting political hacks & bullies!!

State Route 224 near State Route 224   Poland, Ohio

Going west on State Route 224 from PA into Ohio. As soon as you go into Ohio thats Poland Township. After 4 miles through Poland Township you will enter Poland Village. The speed limit is 35MPH. This is a hot spot for police catching speeders. Right before you get to the bridge the speed limit drops to 25MPH. The Poland village police sit in various parking lots and side streets. Beware to anyone in Pennsylvania going through here. Most people pass through Poland Village to get to Southern Park Mall in Boardman, Ohio. They drive a white Ford Crown Vic. They also drive white Chevy Impalas. They also drive a white Jeep. They just recently got a white Dodge Charger. They especialy like people from Pennsylvania.

State Route 170 near State Route 170   Poland, Ohio

Poland, Ohio; Comming from boardman, ohio state route 224 south to state route 170 south the speed will drop from 40 to 25 in a 100 yard streach. The police are in wait at the end or beginning of mont, hundres are pulled over for a 1 to 5 mile overage. They do not have just cars the also have some very nice SUV's. The village of Poland is small, but because of Two state routes intersecting, 224&170, they have a Big Money maker.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
