I will see several CHP cars lined up waiting with one using radar gun while the others are ready to bust you

Sierra-Conejo Avenue near 18th Avenue   Kingsburg, California

Holiday traffic beware! At the corner of 18th (Mendocino) and St. rt. 201, (also known as Sierra, Conejo) sits a high school. The Local Barneys patrol this area, cherry-picking anyone doing 5mph over the posted school 25mph limit. They are unrelenting, and WILL ticket you, regardless of age, sex, or whatever you are driving. This is a main gateway to the lakes and parks of the Sierras, so it is heavily traveled.

US Highway 99 N near US Highway 99 N exit Kamm Ave   Kingsburg, California

CHP car parks on 99N on the beginning of Kamm offramp, your vision is obscured by trees, he will open his drivers door, leaning on his cruiser with radar gun in hand. He will see you before you see him! Also hides behind the N99 Mountain View entrance to Hwy 99
