State Route 43 near Hazel Avenue
On the East side of 43 (Waukegan Rd) immediately past Hazel, there is a Church Parking lot. Cars sit at the north end of the parking lot. If you are traveling North, at the light (Hazel and 43) there are bushes on the right (East) side that will block the view of the cars until it’s too late. If you are traveling South, the following factors will affect you: 1)there is a slight curving to the road, 2)North bound traffic, 3) Trees at the north end of the parking lot, all obscure the view of the cars.
Be advised that 2 PD cars will often sit side to side and they will do paper work, chat etc and sometimes have their radar guns left on and sometimes not.
