State Trooper patrol in both directions, most of the day. Any one stopped on this road is subject to statements by the trooper that are fabrications to the true events.

Hwy 21 from Piedmont to Anniston

Policemen, highway patrols, you name it, constantly surveying the hwy (Hwy 21), sitting in the median, behind buildings, on the side of the road as you top a hill,or just out in the open everywhere. You seldom drive from Jacksonville to Anniston or Oxford, Alabama without seeing at least, 5-6 police cars on that one stretch of highway, and the red lights in Anniston are horrible, you would think you were in a MAJOR city. About 25 red lights from Jacksonville to Oxford alone, and heaven help you if you go through a yellow light if a police car is around. Traffic is terrible too, something should be done to eliminate some of the traffic lights. It is riduclous, and the lights change so fast, that you are bound to run a yellow light, and I think it is done ON PURPOSE, so they CAN stop you…I would rather drive in Birmingham, Alabama than down Quintared Blvd (hwy 21) ANYTIME
