The trap is between 16th St & Cave Creek Rd heading East or Westbound. The motorcycle cops ususally hide near the Pet Resort building, The Union Hills Phoenix Water Treatment Plant or near Phoenix Precast Products. Be careful going fast down this road, I’ve seen numerous people get popped!

Watch out on the freeways in town. There are at least 2 AZ Highway Patrol cars that are unmarked. Not sure who and what they pull folks over for, but I bet speeding is part of it. They drive Crown Victoria’s, white and bronze. No markings, and no external lights.

Downhill is marked at 40mph and the vans hide behind power boxes and off on the side of the road, they move around alot. It’s hard to go 40mph in that area.
