East H Street near East of Otay Lakes Road
Depending where you are travelling from, the top of the hill coming from Rutgers towards Otay Lakes Rd on H street almost always has at least 1 police officer with a laser. I have relatives who haven’t learned and have been clocked over 10 times on that hill alone. When travelling from Otay Lakes Rd to Rutgers, you can normaly see the police officers on the side of the road, or even sometimes on a civilian driveway right after the Bonita Vista High School driveway, waiting to laser their prey. Keep a close eye when travelling, and remember that going up the hill from Rutgers to Otay Lakes Rd on H St., the limit is 35 although it is 45 almost 100 feet earlier. The light on Rutgers is the break point.
