3300 East Dakota Avenue near Henrietta Street
Motorcycle patrol park in parking lot of Cameron Park Apartments and nab vehicles going east or west. Speed limit is 40 and speeding is very common.
Cedar Avenue near Bullard and Sierra Avenues
Motorcycle cop sits in the shade by the park on the east side of the street near Sierra or frontage road on west side of street. Posted limit is 40mph even though it is a 4-lane island-divided street without schools or house frontage.
Blackstone Avenue near Shaw Avenue
A Fresno Motorcycle Police Officer has a speed trap for North bound drivers on Blackstone Ave as they approach Shaw avenue. He is hidden behind BJ’s Kountry Kitchen and can’t be seen until the last possible minute. I see him there in the AM at least three days a week.
State Highway Southbound 99 near Ashlan Avenue
California Highway Patrol Motor sits under eucalyptus trees on south side of highway 99, between Ashlan and Clinton with radar. After he makes a stop, he will drive against traffic on the shoulder of the highway, to return to the shade of the eucalyptus trees south of the Ashlan "On" ramp.
State Highway 180 near State Highway 41
On Eastbound 180, a motorcycle CHP hides underneath the ramp onto 41 north. He is a very hidden until you are within about 400 feet or so. He is using an instant on K band radar which can easily nail you so use caution.
