Between State College Blvd & Acacia on Commonwealth are two schools (elementary & junior high). Morning traffic is policed heavily by motorcycle cop looking for speeders on Commonwealth.

Going West on Bastanchury after the intersection at State College, a cop will sit on the entrance of an apartment complex and spot you while you coast down the hill and approach 60 mph (speed limit is 50 mph).
Brea Boulevard near Lemon Street
Just after passing Lemon while going up Brea Blvd. there is a usually a cop or two hiding in the apartment complex just before panorama road. If you head south on Brea, you can see them clearly. A cop on a motorcycle will usually sit in the shade (if it’s hot) near the entrance of the street right after Panorama.
Lemon Street near Berkeley Road
There’s usually a cop on a motorcycle sitting on the entrace of the park on Lemon street (the one that you can only enter from one side of the street by heading south on Lemon).
N. Lemon Street near Berkley Street
Occasionally there is a cop sitting in between parked cars on the side of N. Lemon street, right as you’re coming down the hill near the stop lights on Berkeley Ave. Sometimes he’s in a cruiser, but usually he’s on a bike, which makes it even more difficult to see him. Mostly he hangs out here in the morning, trying to catch kids speeding to school, I suspect.
