A motorcycle cop sits on a tree-shrouded median strip on Imperial Hwy in La Habra, a couple of blocks west of Beach Blvd. He points his radar gun and, amazingly, everyone he catches seems to be going 61 miles per hour. (Posted speed limit there is 45 mph.)
I don’t know if he is there at night, but seems to always be there in the morning and often in the afternoon. I’ve seen him at this location for years.
