Redlands Boulevard near Locust Avenue

Motorcycle hand-held radar several days per week, catching north-bound speeders. Speed limit is 55; I turn onto Redlands Blvd from Locust Ave and northbound traffic averages 65-70 mph on this two-lane country road. It’s difficult to make this turn onto Redlands Blvd when the traffic is speeding, and whenever I’ve seen the trap it’s always been the officer writing a ticket when I get there.
