Laurel Street near First Street
Napa City Motorcycle Officer sits on Laurel Lane just off of Laurel St. one quarter mile south of First St. Users a radar gun. Generally early a.m. to mid day. Several days a week, not every day.
Lincoln Avenue near Jefferson Street
Unmanagable overpass at Lincoln and Hwy 29 with cars criss crossing across multiple lanes. Heading west on Lincoln multiple speed limits posted on each block. Motorcycle police enter from between businesses located on either side.
Several vehicles pulled over at a time on a daily basis.
Lincoln Avenue near Railroad Crossing
Motorcycle cop sits behind Railroad box and points radar gun at random vehicles. I know several people including myself, who have received tickets for going 6-10 miles over 30MPH.
State Highway 29 near State Highway 44531
Highway 29 southbound between Imola Avenue and Hwy 12/121 light. CHP will park on shoulder with radar/laser tagging cars exceeding posted speed limit of 60 MPH. May be either motorcycle or car, or both, and may have a flying squad of 3-6 units clustered together tagging multiple speeders. May be any time of day or night.
