One (or two) motorcycle cops w/ radar gun(s) parked in the driveway on the north side of Rinaldi (19023) just east of Wilbur most weekday afternoons.
Rinaldi Street near Wilbur Street
The bike cops sit in an alley just east of Wilbur on Rinaldi. They usually tag motorists heading westbound coming down the hill towards Wilbur.
Rinaldi Avenue near Wilbur Drive

Balboa Boulevard near Nordhoff Street
North of Nordoff on Balboa there is a church almost to the top of the hill on the East side, motorcycles are known to get speeders there. They park further up the driveway so you can’t see them.
Nordoff Street near Zelzah Street
The trap spans both East and West directions on Nordoff, between Zelzah and Balboa Blvd. Motorcycle police hide in alleyways between houses with Radar gun in hand. This is a rotating speedtrap with the police manning the area for a few days consecutively every 1 or 2 weeks. They move on for a few days, then are back. When active in the area, they are constantly handing out tickets, as traffic normally moves faster than the posted 40 miles per hour.
