Coming down the hill a motorcycle cop gives out tickets all day long on the weekends. I know, cause its over my back wall and I can here the chirp and siren all day long. Its a real money-maker for the City of Riverside back there!

Arterial Road goes from a new five lane freeway overpass coming downhill to a residential section of Spruce. After crossing Mulberry Street heading west on Spruce Street the police hide in alley road on right side of street about halfway down block

Usually a motorcycle officer sits on a side street (Tuscon Ct or Rio Ranch Way) just east of the train tracks on Jurupa. I got stopped on the way home from paying a speeding ticket.
