Soboba Casino Crossing near Ramona Expressway
Ramona Expressway at Lake Park. As you go over the bridge towards the casino, the speed limit drops by 15 miles per hour, coming off the bridge on a down slope. Police are usually in the entrance to the mobile home park, sometimes a motor officer is at the base of the bridge on the left also.
State Street near Ramona Expressway
During the end of the month usually(quotas), there is almost always a squad car at the beginning of State St turn on from Gilman Springs Rd. They wait for speeders turning the corner.
State Highway 79 near Community College Drive
The San Jacinto Campus Police Department has at least 3 Patrol Cars on duty during the day. The costs are high. So they ticket and tow every one they can. And they might lie too.
Ramona Boulevard
Motorcycle police sit near the Monte Vista Middle School crossing, waiting for speeders to pass faster than 25 mph. [The sign states "25 mph when children are present."] People are given tickets apparently at the discretion of the police depending whether they think there is even one person walking down the sidewalk, assuming that makes it "when children are present," even after school has long started.
