2 police checking speed which is 25 miles (school zone) around 8:00 most every school day.

Sheriff stands in the middle of the center divider with radar detector, walks into the middle of the street to signal you to pull over into the gated area to the right so he can write you a ticket. San Elijo Hills is a speed nightmare since the speed limit is not consistent from block to block. In some places it is 25 and in others it is 50.
