Avenida De Los Flores Avenue near Siesta Avenue

Thousand Oaks, CaliforniaSep 30, 20070 Comments

Officers often parked behind parked cars on Ave. de Los Flores or at a curve in the road where it is hard for oncoming traffic to spot them. As you come off Lynn Rd. with a 50 mph limit, headed east on Ave. de los Flores it is reduced to a 35 mph speed limit. As this is a wide 4 lane street with a center turn lane and little to moderate traffic it is quite easy to not even notice that your speed is climbing back uptowards 50mph speed limit that you just left after making the turn off of Lynn.
