Cops occasionally patrol this road. Going up “Question-mark hill” cops often sit around the corner and you can’t see them until it’s too late. Going down “question-mark hill” the speed limit stays at 45 and then later increases to 55. This road is often patrolled by cops during the school year. Student’s running late to school will often do 80 on this road. There will be a few weeks where there is a cop, and then a few weeks where there isn’t a cop; thus people get used to speeding and then get caught.
