Police Car sits in Train Station/Chrysler plant parking lot and waits for cars to come flying over the South College bridge heading down 896 towards 95. Easy to take it over the bridge and down at aroudn 45 mph which is 20 mph over the posted 25 mph. Cops sits right at the bottom waiting for you to gain speed as you come down the bridge and gets you.
Elkton Road near in the area of Newark Dodge.
Newark police sit behind a closed up tire store just before you hit the sunoco accross from Newark Dodge on your right comming into Newark.
Interstate 95 near Mile Marker 2
I remenber seeing Delaware Troopers along I-95 from the Maryland state line up to the Delaware Memorial Bridge with heavy enforcement on several occasions. The speed limit is 55 mph which is a drop from 65 in Maryland so be careful.

as posted, you will see the front end of the police car but when speeding it is too late to see it.
Papermill Rd. one-half mile north of Cleveland Ave.
They sit in Curtis Papermill parking lot so you can’t see them heading north and it’s downhill south reducing from 35 mph to 25 mph.
