Heading west on Southern Blv’d, coming down off the Jog Road overpass there is usually a speed trap with usually several marked and unmarked cars there. They keep very busy.

They have changed speed limit to 35mph, used to be 45mph for both north and south bound lanes of Military Trail. You will not see a speed limit sign until it’s too late! The old 45mph sign is covered up with a black plastic bag.

About 1/8 mile West of Jog Road on north side of Southern Blvd. Usually marked Sheriff sits in entrance to industrial area on north side of Southern. Radar is pointing east to catch speeders coming over Job road overpass or from Jog road entrance to Southern.

Often then work in pairs with an unmarked sitting in entrance and a run ‘m down marked sheriff to write them up.

Speed limit is still only 45 on 6 new lane Southern Blvd.
