University exit westbound

Honolulu, HawaiiAug 27, 20140 Comments

Entered the freeway heading west. And cop was hiding on the grass behind the sign where the people from university ave get on the freeway. I was going 60 like I normally do throughout all of the freeways and it was a 45. That’s the first time that I ever heard or noticed that there are stupid 45s on a freeway!

Ala Napunani St.

Honolulu, HawaiiAug 27, 20140 Comments

From the freeway exit you turn right to Ala Napunani heading to Moanalua High School, the road is curvy and one part becomes a downward slope and by physics your car will automatically go faster. The limit is 25 and he was hiding in the housing area at the mid bottom of the slope in a curve. Seemed to come out of no where. Cops are on that street often for a period of time. Then there are none for months and they apear again.

Early AM there’s always a sheriff car waiting to hand out speeding tickets to everyone. Speed limit is reduced to 15. He doesn’t even show the radar when asked. Anything over 15mph expect the car lights to go off and follow you.
