They set this one up atleast several times a month, usually to catch soccer moms running their errands. They have an officer in his car on the side road just before Rt. 53 radaring. Then, he radios to his partners and they just pull them over on the next street. This happened to me and I had to wait over 30 min. to get my ticket beacuse they had so many cars lined up for tickets!
