Central Avenue near 90th Street
This is very common on early weekend mornings. An unmarked patrol car will park in a residential parking space facing westbound on Central Aveue between 87th and 90th Streets. The appearance heading west on Central is just another car parked in front of his home on a busy street. They can pick off drivers all day from that spot.
