Oak Lawn, Illinois Speed Traps
95th st. southbound west of Pulaski Ave.
Going southbound on 95th st. there is a police car that sits 2 blks. east of Pulaski ave. and just waits for cars to speed past. he also has the radar in his rear bumper so if you try to slow down when you see him it is usually already too late.
Southwest Hwy. between 95th St. and Cicero Ave.
Can you say "in e mine e moe," well the Oak Lawn Police Department have mastered the saying and game. If you are going over the speed limit of 30 MPH, and you are in a flow of traffic they will just pick anyone who will stop for them. I was busted for going SIX!!!!! over. The sad part is that I did not have to stop, I just stopped because I assumed he was trying to pass me by. So let this be a warning for you. Do the limit, because the COPS of Oak Lawn will write up their own mothers!
