State Highway North Old 37 near North Dunn Road
Motorcycle cops frequently patrol a stretch of North Old 37 near where North Dunn dead ends. They are looking for people coming down the hill. The speed limit is 30mph.
North Walnut Street near At Old 37 After the Light
Usually Sundays but can be any day and time. If you exit
the main highway 37 heading south to Bloomington – when you
pass the first traffic signal at the bottom of a hill slow down from your highway speed to 40 or less.
17th Street near Basketball and Football Stadium parking lot
When driving on 17th street between Dunn and Fess there are always officers in the parking lot of the stadiums. They hide between a patch of trees at the bottom of a hill and are usually fairly visible. The speed limit is 30 and they will pull you over for 40.
3rd Street near Bloomington Hospital
Bloomington Police patrol this half mile to mile stretch heading to SR 37 past the hospital heavily at night time. Mostly for drunk drivers leaving the IU bars but will also enforce speeds looking for a reason to pull you over.

Going east on 2nd street just east of 37, State troopers in marked cars use radar.
