Post Rd. Street near 42nd Street

Cops sit at the gas station and the church near it (They are very hard to see at the church) at varying times of the day and night. They look for speeders, hookers, drug dealers, what ever. It depends on how bored the cops are, how hard they are on the people speeding. Be careful.

82nd Street near Mary Castle Elementary School

Indianapolis, IndianaMar 18, 20080 Comments

School sets back far away from road so you don’t notice it. Sign is posted but comes after rounding a corner going west on 82nd street. If you miss it all you see is the 40MPH sign that is posted just past the entrance of the school. Officer sets there most school days & always has someone stopped. The school posting needs a flashing light with the trees cut back a little more to be better noticed so it doesn’t seem like such a "trap".

Interstate I-65 north bound near 38th Street Exit Street

Indianapolis, IndianaMar 07, 20080 Comments

Just as you pass the 38th street exit I-65 makes a wide curve. I have seen up to 5 police officers parked under the overpass about 1/2 mile down road. By the time you have made the turn they have got you on their radar guns. They will stand in the street and point at you to pull over. They also will have motorcycle cops there as well to chase after you if you fail to pull over.
