Louisville, Kentucky Speed Traps
Ellison Street near Barret Road
Cop sits in all the way back in the funeral home parking lot. (The one across the street from Bosse funeral home.) You can’t see him until you’re passing him because the building is blocking him. My husband has been nailed twice already! The speed limit is 25 so be careful!

Seneca Park Road near Cannons Lane
There is usually either a marked or unmarked squad car on traffic patrol parked on the roadside (it can be either direction) along Seneca Park Rd (Pee Wee Reese). The posted limit near the park is 25 mph, but people are regularly stopped for driving 5 over. I have seen an unmarked pickup truck, an SUV, and a Camaro also assigned to this area. It can be difficult to pick out unmarked patrol vehicles from other vehicles along the roadside, as a heads up. I see cars pulled over daily in this area during lunch hours and in the afternoon.

Brownsboro Road near Hubbards / Chenoweth Roads
Speed limit recently lowered to 35, used to be 45 – 4 lane road, traffic usually flows smoothly at 45-50. Officer using stationary Ka Radar, also have seen mobile units. Becoming more frequent as weather gets better. 35 is way too low for conditions and flow of traffic.
