I-95 from the Delaware Line to Baltimore. I drive from Delaware to North of Baltimore each work day. Every single day there are state troopers taking radar. There is rarely a day that I do not see at least two or more cars pulled over for speeding.

at junction of 895 to 95 – there is a cross over for vehicles State and tunnel police regularly sit hidden from traffic by concrete barriers and catch southbound 95 merging onto 895 at speed change, and northbound 895 onto 95
Roland Avenue near Elmhurst Road
Heading North on Roland, between Cold Spring Lane and Wyndhurst Ave, cops will sometimes sit on the east side of Elmhurst Road. It is a 25 mph school zone.
Interstate 95 near Mile Marker 68S
Southbound I-95 approaching White Marsh Exit 67 in Baltimore County. State Police from 9:00 AM through sunset run laser in the left lane. There is currently construction in the area so they can tack on more $’s.
