right as you come up the hill on 40 mabie a mile from enchanted forest you will pass a road called dogwood on your right and the cops sit on a sholder by chekers or in a construction area right after dogwood they are hidden by a big bush very hard to see they stand out in the middle of the road and point to you
US 40 In between Centennial and N. Chatham Lanes
Either the cops sit up at the east end of the desolate stretch of US 40 where it turns 3 lanes with their radar guns aimed at the traffic on Eastbound 40, or they sit at the Authorized Vehicles Only turnaround down by the Safeway and catch people.
Baltimore National Pike ( Route 40 ) at or near Governor Run Road both directions
Mostly after 10 PM, Howard County Police vehicles wait in the center medium. Two cars, one in each direction. No lights ON. Posted limit is 45 but ok under 55. Sometime they park inside CITGO gas station if the station is closed.(closed 10:00 pm on Sunday) Again it is hard to see as that area is not well-lit.
