As you near the end of the Lowell connector and enter the long windy ramp to route 3 South, beware of State police usually parked in the brake-down lane. The ramp is long and inviting for speeding, but because of its windy nature, there is a spot where you cannt see what’s coming, and usually that’s a state officer! Almost every time I pass it, I see an unfortunate person pulled over.
