Burnsville, Minnesota Speed Traps

Heading west on McAndrews between Cty 11 and Nicollet Ave the speed limit drops to 30mph. The police sit on Crestridge and track you as you come down the hill, just past Portland. Most traffic is going well over the posted 30mph and they make a killing here!

I drive a lot and see this at least 2 times a week minimum. When you are driving West on Cliff as you approach the train tracks before 35W (Northern Tool) they will have a radar car parked waiting to get you doing more then 30 in the slow down zone to watch for trains. There will be one car for radar and minimum 3 cars to pick you off when the radar car spots you.

BVPD parks on the median of Cliff Road west of River Ridge Lane where the speed limit drops from 50 to 30.

BVPD lasering northbound traffic at 155th street from 1/4 mile away. Cops are parked in private driveways, look for them prior to coming down the hill before 155th street.
