Cop sits at top of hill on Kennelly and Cliff Road in the parking lot of the Lawyer’s Building. Also, you can’t see him until you crest the second little hill. Make sure you obey the 30 mph speed limit. They enforce if very strictly due to the handicapped halfway homes and such in that area.

Police officer sits on North side of McAndrews prior to the nicollet intersection. He is gunning people coming from the East over the hill. He sits on a actual street next to the planned parent hood. Beware, they don’t let you off. The MPH at that intersection is 35, i think average speed is 50.

there is a usps mailbox that sits on this road across from the mini-storage place an unmarked sits right in front of it by a 30mph sign and nails you as your heading west he is pointing east in a greenish unmarked car, if you turn onto this road heading west and see a car sitting by the mailbox and no activity you can bet it is a unmarked just waiting for you.

County Trunk 42 near Interstate 35W

Burnsville, MinnesotaMay 07, 20040 Comments

A police officer sits directly inside the Burnsville Center right-hand turn exit heading towards the 35W and 35E freeways. They are checking for people who are speeding headed East and West on County Road 42. I have seen the officers every single morning with multiple people pulled over and constantly seen them using their radar to check motorists speed limits sitting in that same spot every morning. Watch out…even though traffic is usually very heavy during the morning in that area, people tend to move over all the way to the far right lane to speed by all other motorists.
