they park up on the curb behind a big hill on the EXT and and tag going N on Coon rapids Blvd you can’t see thee them until you get right on top of them. by then it’s too late.

Hanson at night is very shadowy, they like to sit in those shadows with there side reflector lights on and wait. Speed limit is 40 so becarful!
Foley exit highway 10
One squad sits on top of the bridge with what looks like laser and radio’s the speeds to the chase cars. I have only seen them working the north (west) bound traffic. This ususally happens at midnight they hit the going home from work people and some of the bar cruisers.
North of the Foley Exit about a mile in the median

Hwy. 610 and East River Road on ramp.
On Hwy 610 going West, there is three on ramps west of Hwy. 10, But No off ramps. They like to sit on all three of thos ramps. Speed limet is 65 but it’s a long stretch of Hwy. so set thos cruse controls.
