Arcade just south of Wheelock
Due to a change in speed limits here, cops like to sit in a parking lot about 2 blocks south of Wheelock Prkwy and catch those who do not slow down. This is primarily due to the fact that there is a high school near by and they are looking out for the safety of the young adults crossing Arcade to get to school or go home.
Dale between Larpenteur and University
Motorcycles or unmarked sqauds usually on the west side streets shooting up and down Dale.
Dale Street & Larpentour

Hwy 61 just north of Valley Creek.
Sit on the side of the road as you come around the corner.
