Cops sit next to a private school. The get ya as you are coming southbound on Lexington, just past the bridge that crosses Pierce Butler Route. Trap is hidden by tree branches as you approach. You see them at the last minute. Traps are set more frequently when school is in session in the AM hours.

Due to a change in speed limits here, cops like to sit in a parking lot about 2 blocks south of Wheelock Prkwy and catch those who do not slow down. This is primarily due to the fact that there is a high school near by and they are looking out for the safety of the young adults crossing Arcade to get to school or go home.

Basically watch out if you are driving in from Roseville to Saint Paul. As soon as you past Larpentour watch out, cops hide on the side streets about 2 or 3 blocks up nailing you for not reducing your speed. There were some days all a cop did was sit on a Lawn chair radioing in the cars to a cop up the road.
