About 9 miles north of Meridian. Trooper sits in grass at intersection facing hilltop to the south in Northbound lane.

It is 35 MPH coming past the cefco and chevron and at the bottom of the hill coming into or out of town is 35MPH and state, city and county boys all sit near or around the antique shop catching people All day and night.

State Highway 39 N near 33rd Avenue
Speed limit changes from 55 to 45 at crest of hill. Expect motorcycle officers just over crest. Since most very few of the men in the department are allowed to be motorcycle officers, they must write as many tickets as possible to be allowed to remain on the bikes instead of being put back in a car.
