Hwy 39N Right past the Toyota dealership
After Passing the Toyota dealership headed towards Dekalb, there is a wooded area. There is a nook in the wooded area where a squad car will back into. You can not see him if you are driving southbound. The speed limit is set at a reasonable level because of traffic that must turn to the left during the day, but it is easy to get up to 65mph at night when traffic seems lighter.

Where Hwy 19 South and 8th Street Meet
Police Officers sit at a Church on top of the hill right past Wal-Mart. Some times he does not have his radar on other times it is blasting. This is a tricky area to navigate anyway. Troop-H of the Highway Patrol is Located about 1/4 of a mile from the trap. 8th street is a trap in itself. There are two locations where the speed drops from 35 mph to a mere 15mph during school drop off and pick up hours.
Hwy 145, 1/2 mile south of I-59/20
Coming Northbound down a long steep hill, the speed limit drops from 45 to 35. Cops sit at the bottom of the hill, or if the antique mall is too crowded, at the Conoco on top of the next short steep hill. Going southbound, the speed limit is 35; but it’s tempting to pick up speed down the short hill to get up the long hill.
