13th and Williams
After getting off I-80 and going north on 13th st in a downhill. The cop cars are parked hidden from view with 2 officers on foot with a speed radar. They will get on the road and shine a light to pull you over.
Dodge St. right before 90th st
An OPD officer will sit in the right enterance to a neighborhood at the top of that slight hill before 90th street going eastbound. The speed limit there is only 45mph. Not many people realize this but it goes from 55 to 45 after the expressway. Believe me, I’ve been pulled over there, and there was no mention of just a warning.
Leavenworth Street between 38th & 39th Street
Cars heading Westbound on Leavenworth beware going downhill at 38th Street. Speed trap with officers waiting in the Car wash parking lot after hours. Mostly from 9pm to 11pm. I’ve observed this for several years, and had to report.
On 90th between L and Q
It is a 25 mph zone going down hill from both L and Q. They always sit in middle of hill. Car will coast faster than 25 mph here so you need to brake all the way down the hill.
