East of Green Valley Pkwy & west of Valle Verde speed limit drops from 45 MPH to 35 MPH going thru Sun City McDonald Ranch retirement community. Residents constantly lobby City to keep speed limit unnaturally low.

Arroyo Grande Street near Between Horizon Ridge and Paseo Verde
When on Arroyo Grande the speed changes from 35 to 15 for about 100Fort because of a preschool. There is only one spot for the police to sit–on the east side in a neighborhood entrance. Just in the 30 seconds or so it takes me to drive through there everyday I almost always see someone pulled over, so it happens all the time. Just make sure to spot the sign and slow down and you should be fine.
