Speed camera located by PS 29 school on Victory Blvd. it’s hidden by trees on side of road by be cautious because it’s there in front of St Theresa Church.

Unmarked car usually parked on one of the side streets (I can’t recall which one). I always see someone pulled over close to Barclay Ave.
