Many schools located here. City set speed traps on both streets due to school zone on both street. Arlene st is 30 mph but also a school zone. Black unmarked ford van police vehicle patrols here.

The Highway speed drops to 45mph. The road is sloped downhill towards the Outerbridge. The police use radar and are parked on the right side of the road. It is very easy to do 60mph in that zone.

After you pass Seaview on Father Cap, right before the giant parking lot for the park, there is an old blocked off entrance where the cops like to sit and radar you as you come around the corner. Mind you, you cant see them until you go around the corner
